Throughout the term of the employee’s tenancy in Croatia, High Class Relocations will facilitate all monthly payments associated with the tenancy.

Our company will also negotiate the lease renewal as needed and address all issues associated with that renewal as directed by client policy and employee requirements.

What is included?

Advise the employee of all obligations and duties in respect to maintaining the premises in a good and liable order in connection with housing policies
Apply for all utility connections
Tracking of critical dates such as lease renewal and lease re-negotiation dates
Consolidation and invoicing of utilities on a monthly (or other) basis per portfolio
Summary utility expense reporting on a “per property” basis is also available
Cancellation of utilities
Regular preventative maintenance visits
Handle minor repairs and other handyman services
Negotiate major repairs with the landlord and inspection thereof upon completion of work
